Contact Us

One inbox handles everything: support@subvela.ai. Whether it is a broken task, a billing question or a copyright notice, send it there — we read it all and route it internally.
General Support
- Email support@subvela.ai. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
- Include the email address registered to your account so we can find your tasks and quota records.
- If something failed, tell us which tool you used and roughly when. A screenshot helps more than a long description.
Billing and Refunds
- Billing questions, refund requests and invoice copies: support@subvela.ai, with the order number from your Paddle receipt if you have it.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy — subscriptions have a 14-day window from each charge; point packs must be unused.
- Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. A dispute freezes the order and makes a refund slower, not faster.
Copyright and DMCA Notices
- If you are a rights holder or authorised representative and believe something processed through SubVela infringes your rights, send a notice to support@subvela.ai.
- To let us act quickly, include: proof that you own the rights (or that you are authorised to act for the owner); enough detail for us to identify the material; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and your signature.
- On receiving a valid notice we will take appropriate action, which may include disabling or removing the material. See our Copyright & Disclaimer statement for the full procedure.
Privacy and Data Requests
- To access, correct, export or delete your personal information, email support@subvela.ai from the email address registered to your account.
- We may need to verify your identity before acting. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it.
To Get an Answer Faster
- The email address on your account — it is the only account identifier, so we can look up your tasks and quota with it.
- Which tool or page you were on, and roughly when it happened.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording of the problem.
- The file type and size involved, if the issue was with a specific upload.
